Return PolicyYour complete satisfaction is our number one priority! If you (or your pet) are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund, minus shipping costs.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon receipt. Please use our Contact Us page to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number prior to returning your product.
